William Bourne is a former first-class cricketer who played for Barbados and Warwickshire between 1970 and 1977. After his contract with Warwickshire ended in 1977, he played and coached in Zambia and in 1984, represented East Africa in the mini World Cup in England. He also played and coached in Zimbabwe and conducted coaching sessions in Kenya. For five seasons, he played and coached in Holland. In 1982, he played in the Double Wicket competition in Sharjah with Clive Lloyd.

As an ECB Level 3 coach, William often lead coaching courses and including their Advanced courses, for the West Indies Cricket Board (now CWI). He was coach of the West Indies ‘A’ team against South Africa and led West Indies Under 19 and Under 15 teams on tour to England.

Using his contacts in the cricket and tourism fields, William started his own sports tourism business, Renchris Tour Services limited, which catered primarily for schools and clubs out of the United Kingdom to tour Barbados and other West Indian islands.William brings a vast wealth and knowledge and contacts to our organisation and we welcome him as a member of our organizing committee for worldwide tours.
